Starting from an idea of storing extra virgin olive oil properly (in the dark, in the absence of oxygen and at a temperature between 10 and 15 °) to keep its organoleptic characteristics, we have come up with a new philosophy for the consumption of this extraordinary and important food.
We do this by selecting the Italian producers of excellence and ensure a certified conservation chain "from the mill to the table."
Carefully prepared extra virgin olive oil (Evo), is marketed to restaurants in specially designed, innovative and patented hi-tech dispensers that contain single-dose vials from different cultivars. This suggests to the customer an appropriate dressing choice, according to the dish that they are about to consume.

Economics graduate Rosalinda Lopergolo’s passion for the Italian Evo led her to invent a technological dispenser and start the OOXX® project. Her attention to detail and the ability to combine beauty and simplicity have created a project with exclusive and refined characteristics.
General Manager Stefania Saitta was engaged in the sales & marketing areas with a business "soul" and is contributing to the project’s development. Enthusiasm, determination and the ability to come up with unimagined solutions are her most obvious talents and valuable qualities.
