White and Seeds is an innovative health food brand that aims to offer consumers the possibility to enjoy snacks that are tasty and healthy at the same time, made from the finest quality raw materials. It’s no accident that the team consists of a professional from the food sector – a nutritionist – whose task is to ensure that the nutritional substances in each product are chosen carefully and perfectly balanced.

Furthermore, each single product is meticulously developed after in-depth study and research, with a great commitment to identifying and personally meeting the suppliers who are can offer the finest raw materials. Only high-quality, natural ingredients without additives or preservatives are used for our snacks.

The first product launched by White & Seeds is “Yogurt + Chia”, a food that consists of white yogurt made from 100% Italian milk, organic fruit cultivated at 0 kilometers, and organic chia seeds from South America – all completely free of chemical additives. This product is one-of-a-kind in the Italian and EU markets, but it’s not the only one that this start-up has planned. Another strong point is the fact that the product is also available in a takeaway version with a spoon lid so that consumers can enjoy the product at a later time. This difference linked to packaging places the company amongst other pioneers of this concept; the big brands don’t choose this format, and limit their distribution to the large supermarket chains without broadening their reach. However White and Seeds already achieves this, distributing in places like fitness centers, university bars, stations, airports, etc, where consumers want to find products that can be consumed at a later time.

Alessandro Ghizzardi has a degree in Management, Leadership & Marketing, and loves to travel and do sports. The start-up first emerged due to the fact that both partners have a passion for healthy food and are dedicated to constant research and experimentation regarding new trends linked to this sector.

Their shared vision is to be able to offer a complete gamma of products that are flavourful, healthy and available to everyone in any moment, while constantly monitoring the quality of raw materials which make up their products.
